Objective

To produce an elegant website.

The big picture

The site, launched in 2001, was to attract journalists and consultants covering administrative and economic reforms in Kerala. The site is now junked because I'm unable to upload or edit content. It was likely to be a text-heavy site, and so I attempted a minimalist design. Today, this would be called Google-type design.
